Hello everyone. Apart from the fact that Dragon Age Keep read my saves incorrectly (the choices were wrong), so I decided to choose all of the choices manually. And when I uploaded the story there are still problems e.g. I made Alister the king without anyone by his side, but anyway he arrived accompanied by Anora. Everywhere Hero of Ferelden is referred as "she" not "he" etc. So what exactly is wrong? Thank you.

The Keep was never meant to read your saves to begin with. It looks like you didn't correctly choose a custom world state and instead picked the default one.

Make sure you upload your custom world state, and verify it by time stamp when you start your new game. Otherwise you'll just have the default state

Well it actually says that the save is used in the current game, but still the choices seems don't affect some parts of the game. And why is that it wasn't suppose to read my files? I was asked to upload my previous saves and I did, but if it doesn't read my choices, then what's the reason?

You werent asked to upload your saves. It doesnt read the saves because it's too complicated and the flags are set wrong.
The Major choices in the keep do affect the game.

It reads your Origins account which has the record of your DLCs, achievements and characters. Not the choices you made.Well it actually says that the save is used in the current game, but still the choices seems don't affect some parts of the game. And when you first start, make sure that you first synched it (the little globe button in the top right) and that the date /time corresponds to the bottom right.

Alright, as it was already said, the Keep doesn't import any choices from the previous games.
When synchronizing, the Keep import your heroes (character, gender, classes, appearance), your contents (DLCs) and your achievements. But it doesn't read your in-game choices.
Everyone has to choose manually, as you did, in the Tapestry.
Once it's done, you need to export it to Inquisition. If you don't, your newly created state world will just stay there, useless.
When exported, check the date and hour and write it down (or memorize it).
Then go play Inquisition. Start a new game (don't forget you need to be connected to the DA servers) and when asked, choose to import a custom world state. The name will be "custom world state" (and not whatever you choose to name it in the Keep), so check that the date and hour match the one your wrote down.
Finally, you can check if all was correctly imported. You need to save at the first opportunity in the game. Then go to the Keep. In "world states" go to "playtrough states". There you can upload you current playthrough to the Keep to check that the choices you made previously in the Tapestry are the ones in your Inquisition game.
