As said i have recently been encountering this but my char is randomly activation barbarian rage on his own with no order from me. Have i accidently hit a button to make this happen. Help would be appreciated
Not sure if a bug or what. Barbaian rage auto activation?

The PC might activate rage automatically if you're possessing another party member and there's a hostile creature nearby.
There shouldn't be any way for the PC (or any party member) to activate feats automatically while you're possessing them though, since most AI scripts don't run on a possessed party member. Neither should unpossessed party members be activating feats if there aren't any hostiles nearby.
Have you installed any community-made mods in the override folder?
