You know what I find aggravating? People that assume a new and very complicated product (be it a car, a computer game or a watch) will be perfect and without fault the instance it is issued. Doh!?! Do you people actually buy games? Come on! No game I've ever bought on the first run has been issue free. Some are worse than others but the true test of a game producer is how they deal with the bugs that come along. Biaware has been pretty good with DAO. Hopefully they will do better with ME2, we'll all have to wait and see.
As far as the online release problems, well, I would think Bioware et al would have a handle on this by now but problems are going to crop up. Just because the company can't immediately deal with YOUR particular problem doesn't mean they aren't trying to fix any. If issues like this bother you so much, wait a few months and than buy the game. Problem solved!
Thank you for the laucnh day nightmare

Oh please. OP is a drama queen. The only problem I had was that the Cerberus Network was borked at first. So I played for a few hours, tried again later, and it worked fine. Downloaded my content and patched it in to my game without a single issue or more than 2 minutes wasted.
