Hey folks,
I've been doing a play through on my project, and these two areas that I've never had trouble with before, start crashing on load. One was interior and one was exterior.
I couldn't figure out what was causing it, until I duplicated the areas and removed all the contents. They both stopped crashing. I started adding things back one at a time and testing until I traced it to encounters. There was only one encounter type that both areas shared, so I duplicated the areas again and removed all instances that encounter from both. Wha-la! No more crashing. Easy enough to fix, but it's been bothering me.
Has any one ever heard of such a thing? What could be causing it?
The encounter was a generic encounter trigger blueprint that I made, nothing fancy, it spawned 4-8 gnolls. I remade a new trigger with the same creatures and everything is fine. I made both areas back in 2012 and they have been run through countless times. There has never before been a problem.
