Suddenly, I cannot have certain shoulder or arm accessory sets on the toolset. So for example, for shoulder accessories 35-38 on the appearance wizard, I cannot have them on both shoulders. Only the right shoulder works. If I go up 1-by-1, at 35 the left should stays as 34, but the right can be changed. If I go back from 0 to 38, only the right shoulder is modified.

 

Hopefully my description makes sense. Any ideas? Has this been encountered before? Restarting the system and the toolset did not fix the problem.

I'm impressed you've managed to start the Appearance Wizard at all. It's never worked for me - it just hangs the toolset when I try to start it.

 

I design all my armour in the Appearance tab of the item blueprint. The only downside is that I only ever know what humans will look like in it, until I test the armour blueprint in-game with other races.

My issue exists in the appearance tab as well, sadly.
