 The first one lets me open and edit ini file so that I can make custom keys.

I can't find how to do this with ME2. Can I edit ini file? If so where is it?

Another question. It seems that my mouse wheel doesn't work in the game.

Well, I can change weapons with it but I can't control scroll-bars in the text with the mouse wheel.

I know it worked in the first one so.... shouldn't the 2nd one support it?
