Waiting 3 weeks to receive an answer from contact@, is it a normal waiting time?

Is it a normal practise? I mean, the communication is abysmal. I've learnt that to question suspensions and what not I should write to contact@ but unfortunately I did not receive any reply for any of my messages. It is difficult to not comment on moderation on the forums while the right for this place sends no answers. Just like today, one of my posts was removed with no information about it, no reason at all. I understand that it was about keeping the agenda intact, but a little bit of courtesy would be welcome.

Yes, totally normal.

Ah ok, but well, it has been 5 weeks already and no answer for my messages about moderators abusing forum rules etc. I'm still waiting.

I can't imagine why they wouldn't rush addressing your complaint about their moderation, but I'm sure they'll give it the priority they feel it merits.

Indeed, there must be an order of 'appeals'. Feelings are irrelevant, date is important.

I'd send another email after the 6 week mark, I feel like 6 weeks is enough of an indication that they probably aren't going to respond to that email and enough time has passed to where it won't be "spamming"/clogging their email system.

One reason it might have been removed is that sometimes posts get removed because they quote another post that broke the rules, so it wasn't deleted because you personally broke the rules, but because it contained another post in it that did. While they could edit out the quoted post, the post would practically become spam anyway.

You might also consider shooting a moderator a polite pm that explains your situation and states your case (I'd send it to the one that you find yourself in disagreement with, if you know who they are), although I imagine that their inbox's are flooded with pm's.

Thank you for advice. I have sent them total 4 messages for every suspension but no answer yet. They must have truly difficult periods right there, busy and all that stuff. Or maybe they dislike me and see red when I appear. Oh well, poor me, trying to get a response.
