hi my inquisitor is level 11 mage elf but i still cant get the specialisation class its not showing up on the table at skyhold .... so i dont know what to do . any help ?

Did you go to your quarters and get the quests to upgrade Skyhold form the desk there? It has always triggered for me the next fast travel after picking up those quests.
