I'm more likely to just leave a lobby than kick. Unless the other folks in the lobby clearly have more experience (which I gauge from Challenge Points and leveled weapons/equipment) and the kickee clearly has unrealistic expectations about Gold matches (level 12 character, minimal equipment, the aforementioned Avenger, etc.) I usually just try to find a new lobby since I'm generally not good enough to clutch Gold waves except with one or two kits. I agree that your kickworthiness rankings are good bell weathers.

Gear or Consumable Equipments?

 

Not bringing any gear whatsoever is stupid, yes. I don't really mind people not equipping consumable equipment(s) though. I normally just sneered or saying "geezz what a cheapskate" but 9 out of 10 I always press Ready regardless.

 

Note that the above was for Bronze/Silver/Gold. Platinum is a different case altogether. Yes, I will vote kick anyone not equipping equipment(s) on Platinum because that's just crossing the line.

Generally speaking, 2 competent people have more than enough firepower to clear gold. So if I drop into a lobby and there's at least 1 guy there who knows what he's doing, I'm good to go, even if the other two are obvious scrubs. That being said, if said scrubs haven't put on consumables and/or haven't been helping with objectives, they are not going to get any revives from me.

I only kick if someone is taking ages to ready up for no obvious reason (ie. kit/weapon hasn't changed, consumables haven't been added). Even just two good players will make Gold a complete walkover so I prefer it if newer/inexperienced players make up the rest of the team.
