Not jewelry. And not flowers/chocolate which everyone expects for vday. Something small and thoughtful. Show that you've noticed her interests or find something that maybe recalls some time you've spent together. Like maybe she really likes giraffes, get her a scarf with a giraffe on it. Maybe your first date was at a coffee house, get her a french press coffee maker.

I don't have a giraffe thing. I was trying to pick something random and weird to be into and I thought of my friend's goofy giraffe with a mustache and bowler sweater. I didn't know giraffes were a thing. I can't explain it.
