Howdy all.

 

I don't really expect a response to this, but maybe one day someone will search Google like I do every year or so hoping to find some trace evidence of what was honestly the best local vault server I played on for many, many years.  We used to have a group on the old Bioware social platform, but it was never really active as that was toward the end days of the server.

 

Just curious to see who is still around, what they play, and so on.  More so, I'd be very interested if anyone who still has a copy of said server who would be willing to upload a copy to the internet.  The amount of work that went in to that module was absolutely insane, and there are things I certainly never ran across despite having played there for literal years.

 

Anyway, that's all for now really.  Just basking in the memories of a bygone era.

Gosh, I remember that server. I wasn't a heavy local vault player but I made an exception for this one. It was just a lot of fun. So much variety. 

 

If anyone could find Grimrider, who was the original admin I believe, and get in contact with them I would happily host the server for a little while for everyone to find some nostalgia on again. I think it would be fun.

Grimrider wasn't around at the end, but I used to help build for the place, and pretty sure I have a copy. Perhaps not the last version but close. Message me here or on the same name at http://neverwintervault.org/forum and I'll see what I can do.

Apologies for poking a dead thread, but if anyone is still looking at this I'd also like to ask about the whereabouts of a copy of the server/module.  This was one of my three favorites in NWN back in the day.
