you will find either full sets of armour weather it be an upgrade to your current characters armour or a set of armour that unlocks a new playable character, you can also find single pieces of armour for example mail legs, cloth arms which add different stats to your armour depending on what materials you use to make it with same goes for weapons just play a bit and you will figure it out for yourself i hope this answers your question

How would I know? "Soon" or "When it's done" are the usual answers to that.
