There's an ignore list?
Yep, it's wonderful.
Click on your user name on the menu bar.
The last entry on the pop-up is: 'Manage Ignore Prefs'
It's great.
I have listed less than a dozen folk who post bitter hate on seemingly every thread.
And then simply don't see their stuff (unless it is quoted in other people's posts).

Lol, it works - but I'm undecided. Some of those posts are too ridiculous to miss out.

It was already easy as hell before the nerf on perilous. so I don't really know what you are complaining about. Now he just die faster and you don't have to ressurect 3 members of your team because he didn't aggro the right guy at start.

Unless of course you are purposefully trying to come of as a petulant child?
I'm pretty sure that's the plan.

So what happens in the case of, say, this thread? If they're on that list do you still see their threads? Or only if you somehow posted in them?

You see the existence of the thread, but any posts they make appear as:
- - - - -
This post is hidden because you have chosen to ignore posts by [USER NAME]. View it anyway?
- - - - -
And you always have the option to look anyway, or un-ignore.

It does no damage whatsoever now. He's a big wet paper bag that can only knock you down.
hah...Does no damage? Yeah, nothing hyperbolic there. Nothing at all.

one must always lead an argument with "What's wrong with you?!" to create a civil debate.

Having only recently migrated to PC, I exclusively play PuGs, so...fewer careless deaths? Fine by me. I'm also in the UK, meaning regular language barriers, if they even use a mic. Similarly, I can't always use my mic anyway. Different circumstances, different problems.
But hey, I'm sure it's very nice to be in a team full of bored people.

Perhaps, the DC was nerfed because of lagging and latency issues( players are 10 feet away and are one hit killed by the DC's attack ).I agree with OP, the DC (or Dave, as I call him. RTC - Bob, VC - Chantelle) is no fun anymore. Big mistake to nerf him. Yes it takes some getting used to when you first encounter him, but to nerf him so much was a bad mistake.
All that needed to happen with Dave was to stop the multiple Terrors from jumping up from under you at the same time as he does, effectively stun locking you to your inevitable death.
Please change him back. Demons have become embarrassingly easy now.

On that note, is it just me or does he seem a bit harder to dodge than before? Even when lag isn't an issue, I feel like I'm getting knocked down more often.

It's easy as hell now! It takes all the fun out of the game, especially when you have multiple promotions and were already powerful enough as it is.
You watch, you're going to lose a lot of the players who log in the most hours, because this completely takes the fun out of the game.
Reaver was difficult enough to use as it was. Now if there isn't a Barrier on her CONSTANTLY she is useless.
I already know a ton of people on my friends list who were already sick and tired of the game, and now most of us are going to quit altogether.
Thanks for ruining the fun for the sake of whiny forum QQers who couldn't balance their way out of a paper bag. "OMG. IT KILLED ME. NERF IT!!!"
K bye.

I've seen dozens of the top PC leaderboard players, and many top 30, glitch against the old DC because he was too powerful to fight legit, and even when doing some of the milder glitches still regularly die to him. After seeing so many games where the old DC would wipe many of the best players in the game if they weren't doing enough cheesy sh*t, all I can say is that people are letting bravado get the better of them.
And don't give me that bullsh*t about always being able to sprint away from the @$$ attack if there is no lag spike. The DC never pops up directly underneath you, but occupies a space positionally offset to you and which can result in you bumping into him or being unable to avoid the attack depending upon the DC's relative distance and direction to your running direction.
How many of you complaining about old DC being too easy have tried to fight him legitimately? No glitches, exploits, overpowered abilities, or using one of the few abilities or classes well-suited to surviving the DC's attacks?
Legit Lego and AW: Only classes that can reliably tank old DC
Templar: Barely able to survive if she is able to
Classes with barrier, sufficiently good evasion abilities, or damage immunity abilities might be able to tank old DC if doing everything right and no serious lag spikes
Katari, Assassin, Archer, Hunter, Alchemist, Reaver= dead dead dead
Now, does that mean I like what they did to the DC? No. There's a sweet spot, but all I can do is laugh when I ask myself if bioware has the ability to find it.

Haha, I remember a ME3MP match like that. Three French guys and myself lol, I just started talking to them( all the while pretending they could understand me ). And apparently the could because they told me to shut up.Counts as EU. One game, I had a French, Spanish and German teammate, so...talking wasn't an option.

Ah so that's what I was occasionally bumping into when I was doing the running jump evade which resulted in my instant death. I just don't like to survive depending on chance, then again I do agree (not complain bc I am bad player) that the current DC is a little bit over-nerfed.

Seriously. I played a solo game in which I'd lowered my graphics to a minimum, as a sort of test run, and it still happened like that. I tend to alternate between Archer and Hunter so I pretty much have to save Leaping Shot for the unavoidable moment when he knocks me down and starts screaming. So yeah, AW bragging thread, imo.

That sounds familiar. It's very strange to be matched with people from the same part of the same country in one game, then no one speaks English in the next.
