Good fanfic depends on what you want to read. There's tons of Samson x Cullen fic if that's your thing. Here's everything using the Samson tag on AO3

 

Tumblrs (there aren't many Samson-specific Tumblrs, but they post about him)

You can just stalk the #samson tag and get a pretty great mix of posts about puppies and red lyrium addicts.

Heh, I'm nyavatar on tumblr. I reblog a lot of Samson stuff there, and do a fair amount of chatting with mordymord (who has written some great Samson stuff) about him. I agree with stalking the Samson tag: there are a lot of good artists out there doing stuff for him, both writing and visual works. I'm primarily a Blackwall blog atm though, so unless you are also keen on him...ya know.

I do post a lot of samson things, and I've started to write a lot of samson x inquisitor stuff, so if that's your jam drop by and say hello ^^

I really wish we could've got Samson's armor.

 

Who would you slap that armor onto? I tend to keep Blackwall in some Grey Warden armor just cause I think it makes him giggle. Cassandra might look bad ass in it, although she looks bad ass in everything.

makes me want to write even more samson things, but if I'm being honest holy craaaap is it hard to get his voice right. i feel like he'd just grunt and grumble 90% of the time, so dialogue bits are ultra difficult

That's such a cool artwork. Anyway, I know what you mean about that voice. Limited screentime and all. He sounds fairly bloke-ish when he's talking about his men, and then there's the whole fish and egg pie anecdote- if I can find some of his sound clips from when he was in prison, I'll slap em on my tumblr.
