Can i ask if Cullen has some quest also as Josephine or Leliana? Or what i should do for it... In inner circle i didnt find his quest. Thank you

Not sure where you are in the game, so spoilers alert:
He has a personal quest, it starts with him telling you about the lyrium at some point at Skyhold (not labeled as quest per se), the rest of it is triggered by visiting his office at Skyhold at some point after progressing the main plot (always after Adamant for me) where a guard will tell you that Cullen went to talk to Cassandra,so you have to follow that up. It is rather short quest. After completing it you might want to exit Skyhold and then re-enter and talk to him again to get a conclusion to it.
If you side with the mages you will get a quest involving Samson that is also sort of Cullen's quest.
