If it's any consolation, that hairstyle on males doesn't seem to display pattern baldness... You know, 'cause that makes perfect sense.

It's the result of female Qunari having less big, more slander horns than males Qunari. The hair is made for male, and so on males it have no problem. with female Qunari the hairs are "stretched" and so the bald spot remain
Can't understand how that was acceptable for BioWare to have the female Qunari released with it. But we are talking of people who find ok leave male bald patch regularly on female hairstyles...

I was playing SWtOR today and realized...my Bantha mount has much better hair and hair texture than the Qunari.

I don't think people were being 'unhelpful' intentionally. As someone mentioned, you probably can't get rid of the bald spot and it seems to be a clipping issue that's unavoidable (someone mentions it doesn't occur for males, so it's a female Qunari issue) and the only options seem to be changing skintone and hair color to dark or choosing a completely different hairstyle. These were all answers I got from previous replies that were maybe a little sarcastic (or bitter, because really Bioware? Like we didn't have anough bald hairstyles to choose from), but not mean or anti-helpful.
Your Qunari looks lovely though, wish they would fix the hairstyle so it would be perfect.
