Masterwork T3 dual-blade dagger schematic would be my guess. Obtainable in one of the Hissing Wastes tombs. The high DpS value is generated by using dragon bone (T4 mat) and a +50 damage rune. But notice that DpS isn't really important in this game.

The DPS number is misleading and not very meaningful.  It applies to autoattacks and includes rune damage, even if the rune is worthless against some targets.  Rune damage also doesn't affect ability damage.

You can get the 500 DPS number using an 11-slot T3 dagger schematic (Masterwork Dual Curved Blade or Dual Curved Blade) with Dragon Bone in the main slot and a masterwork proc.  Then put any +50 rune into it, and it will say 500 DPS.

However, the only +50 damage runes are ones that apply to specific targets (Superb Cleansing/Corrupting/Demonslaying/Dragonslaying, etc.).

[Edit] Example:

This dagger:

rQYthOZ.jpg

is much better than this dagger:

GG51kKr.jpg

...even though it says the DPS is much lower.
