I stopped playing MP for a while (a year or more) because no support.  The system framework is so badly made on the PS3 that it makes it really hard to enjoy what is a great game.  Waiting for Other players bug has persisted since i bought it at launch.  The load times are painfully slow, and the system is not flexible enough to keep people in a lobby if the leader leaves.  This is pretty ancient tech when many other developers have totally found ways to make this work.  Warcraft is one of them.  As sick as I am of that game, they've put in the time and effort to make it work (at least the LFG portion, I quit WoW for other failures of a magnitude).  Are these problems stemming from console issues/limitations?

I'd even pay a small amount monthly for some decent support on ME MP, but really, your payoff Bioware is that I will buy and promote the next iteration of ME, but that wont happen if you put as little effort into support for it as you did for ME3.

Another side result of a failure to support is the leaderboards and players who have 50,000 CP and less than 2000 N7 points.   Integrity?  Clean that mess up already, obv people have been glitching your game. So, Is this the effort you're going to put into your next ME Universe release?  If this is all down to EA not paying you enough, maybe this should be about more than just the dollars and support the base of players who let you make bigger, better games.  Don't stoop to the corporate mentality level, please.  I know Canadians are getting lost to the US Market indoctrination, but please go Paragon here and destroy Cerberus' EA division.  Do you really need EA if they are going to force you into releasing with poor production quality? Seriously now, release something you can respect.  i wouldn't be happy if i was the developer of the MP framework,

It only takes 1920 to get n7 mastery and a lot of people stop promoting after that, n7 doesn't mean anything once it's over 120. N7 tells you how much they promote and cp tells you how much they play and the two are not really connected. Other than that, 4/10 you got a reply.

Edit: my n7 is 20 and my cp are over ten thousand, that should tell you how much they're connected.

Edit 2: don't want to seem unsympathetic, nobody likes the bugs still in the game, but it's very old news that nothing more will ever get fixed in the game, those teams just don't exist anymore.

7twozero:

Okay then, I thought i read that every session counted as an N7 points and 10 pts for promoting.  but that wasn't the focus on my post.

My post is more that those teams should still exist when a product is incomplete/less than 99% bug free.  I dont expect perfection, but I'd have a tough time giving the MP more than 50%. C-, with the gameplay portion being the great part.  Why beat a clearly dead horse?  Because I don't want to see this for any future ME product.  I really enjoy what Bioware has done, but there are some serious (to me) production issues. It's like trying to read a good book, but someone spilt soda all over it and I can't focus on the content because it's sticky...

Half the time i never even get to see my score results and have to exit out (Waiting for other players, which was htere for me from the beginning and never fixed).  Less often but still annoying is when it lags out and I've got to shut off the entire system. This would have been fixed a long time ago if we had community support/integration into the development of titles.  As a whole it feels like it was technicaly built sloppily (MP and 1p) for the hardware I use (PS3),  The fact it has to stop and read from the disc constantly, load times being beyond a fair patience threshhold, and cannot handle/manage an interface with multiple players without having to reload when a person leaves/joins.. is sad. The lag in game when a player joins a campaign in progress is unacceptable as well.

Basically, if Earth had to rely on Bioware/EA tech, it would be lost, everyone would die, the indoctrinated corporate cockroaches eat each other and the cycle repeats.

Nope, N7 is tied solely to promoting the classes and the only reason to promote the classes is for single-player. Or if you want to reset the class.
