Origin claims account is active

I've noticed topics similar to this, but the main problem that I'm having is that when I try to sync my PSN with my Origin account to make the Keep work, Origin insists that my email is already tied to an account. The problem is that I only have one PSN, and one Origin, and one email.

 

They should all be linked, but now I can't connect my Keep save to DAI on PS4 because the accounts aren't linked.

 

I did the Origin whatever-it's-called to get some support, but I'm not getting a call for like the next four hours, apparently, and I'm not gonna be available that long. At least not with my PS4 connected to the internet. I'm at someone else's house right now specifically so I can import my Keep data.

 

Is there any reason my Origin says it's already connected to a different account? I even looked under my profile, and there's nothing there. No Xbox, PlayStation, or PC is synced with it.

 

How do I internet?

Where are you trying to sync your PSN with your Origin account?

 

You might try signing into the DA Keep program online, and seeing what it says for "account check." Below your profile picture it shows what devices you're connected on.

If that doesnt work, contact them via web chat. Instead of phone. They're usually quicker
