I'm surprised such surgery is allowed in the first place. Surely he should be given aid and encouraged to not have extreme surgery to look like a fictional character? I fear that a lot of mental health issues are made worse due to excessive tolerance of one's desires even when they're incredibly bizarre. It's like that guy who had surgery to look like Justin Bieber. He failed horribly and...thought he looked great.

This is true, some doctors will do anything for money, lie and lie, even make surgeries people don't really need but tell them they need it in order to survive, just because they want to earn some extra cash. It's sick.
