Also there are things, that are forced onto the player. Like Geralt sleeping with Triss and now apparently sleeping with Yen in TW 3. Which is a big turn off for me, I hate when RPGs force that kind of thing. I mean it is not even and RPGs if I think about it.

Still TW 3 is probably gonna to have a better main story and world, I just will not care about it's side character.  

 

Part of that is Geralt being an established character from a book series. Yennefer is very much Geralt's soul mate in the books, although their relationship is not very traditional and sometimes volatile. Geralt has to have a backstory of that relationship with Yennefer, because thats also part of his story in the books.

 

Having said that... CD Projekt Red has stated that players will be faced with the dilemma of Geralt choosing between Triss and Yennefer. So it sounds like you'll have the opportunity to go with Triss, if you prefer her character.

Ashley was a bit xenophibic, actually. But big deal. Some people are. Even if it made me dislike her, it still added to the character. She had flaws.

 

Actually, if I, as naval engineer was caught in engineering of an us naval ship, and we are both NATO countries, first thing that would happened is me getting kicked out of it, then i would get a beating from MPs, after that interrogated by NCIS, and then get a serious reprimand from my command.

I know the game can be improved post-release and won't judge it til it's complete. It's why I ultimately loved ME3.

DAO DLC built upon the strengths of an already amazing game... not fix incomplete or missing items.

meh, I don't compare Dragon Age to The Witcher, I see a different style of rpg for each side, sure both are in a fantasy medieval type world but that's really it. Combat for both is different (combat is bad imo in Witcher), both do have an interesting story but I don't think Witcher has as good character interactions (IMO) and The Witcher has a little more exploration although Dragon Age Inquisition is the first DA to have more exploration.

I've been here on and off since Origins. I've seen it all.   

 

I never ignore people as I find my differences with people are only on a superficial level. They may have something interesting to say down the road in a different discussion and I can learn something from what they have to say.

If you would stop to think about this for a second before going "lolz haters" you would come to the conclusion that we actually love DA very much and we're sad/angry/disappointed because DAI doesn't feel like a DA game where story, characters and tactical combat are supposed to be the main focus. Instead they wanted to create Skyrim 2.0 (and failed miserably), because it's trendy. Maybe we make 541584251 threads because we want future DA games to be better and/or go back to its origins.

 

There's loving something, but being able to point out its flaws, and then there's complete fanboyism. 

I see your point, but I have played Origins DA2 and DAI not I played DAI for more than 400hours, I think this guy havent even finished the game, instead he complain, and there is no reason to create SO many threads about it, try to create one, one complain thread, talk about it there, dont spam the forum with them or with how the game is bad, you are not the only pepole in the world, some of us, DA fans and yes those who loved Origins more than DA2 like DAI, for example, I dont like the romances in DAI, at least I didint, so I made ONE thread about it, others have created other threads ofc, but I made one, this johnsheparrd have created at least 5? About how the protoganist sucks, about how the game suck. I am not saying DAI is perfect, it have its probs, and I share some of this person's opinnions ofc, and I am sure some of yours, I would be glad for a better story, for more choices like in pre-alpha and for that Origin feeling, but I won't spam the forum, and whine about it in almost ever post I post.
