well i got the game today and did exactly what it said on the card but i am not getting the gear that i should get, i have the same email addresses on my xbox live account and my EA account but i still dont get the message on the computer. If you could please replie

The armor I have figured out. When you go see the illusive man in the second station there is a armor station to the left of the stairway. Activate it and change the top bar by pushing the r stick and it will equip shepard with the armor, I haven't figured out how to get the gun equipped yet, I still have the ceribus default assault rifle.

I've messed with my armor in the normandy and i only have the blood dragon armor. I think my problem seems to be more complicated though. When I did the steps to get the terminus armor and it took me to this site. Someone else was logged in already. I switched over to my account and it said that I have it, but nothing is showing up.

If you see this message twice i apologize.  this forum confuses me a little.  I did all the steps and i still have nothing.  The problem i think is that when i redeemed my code for the terminus armor and weapon.  someone else was logged in.  i switched over to my account and it still said that i have it.  I'm affraid that this means that he has the armor and weapon and not me.  The only thing i have in the armor section of the normandy is blood dragon armor.  i don't have a message or anything.  i haven't tried to weapons yet.  i'll give it a shot.

Ok, I found out what I did wrong or so I thought I did right, I followed the directions on the card, and I forgot that I Had an EA account with an old email from when I made it with Dragon Age, my new email was the same but one number off, so when I redeemed with the new account, now I had both accounts before this, I just didn't use my first account that was linked to my XBOX live id, so I used all of my codes on the other account and that one says I don't have an XBOX account, EA doesn't let multi EA accounts with XBOX live IDs, so now It won't let my switch my XBOX live ID, to my new profile, and all my codes are useless now, I'm still on hold with EA for about 20 mins now, So to fix this problem is either they give me new codes for my first account, or they delete my first account with all my D.A. and link my XB ID with my new account. either way I screwed up but the card should of just told us to redeem the code in the game in the first place.

2 ****ing hours on hold they fix the cerberus network but I still can't get my ****ing armor! So glad I wasted the extra $10 you pricks!

yeah, same here. I have a 360 GT connected to Cerberus, but no armor since I cant open .exe files on my mac. Really clever Bioware. Perhaps this could've been explained before I downloaded it for the one time only. I could have used my PC. Too bad since everything else about this game is freaking amazing

Does anyone know if you bought the digital download edition on gamestop, do you get all the gear? Collectors armor and weapon (rifle), incisor sniper, inferno armor, and Terminus armor? I know you get the first three just unsure about the last one...

I can use the Collector Armor, but for some reason when I go to the Armory the Rifle is not there. It's strange because I was sent a message on the Private Terminal that said both items were in the armory.

2 more hours on hold and they activate my armor packs but after I d/l them it's de-activated Cerberus!
I'm too exausted to eaven scream right now but I am raising holy hell Wednesday

*EDIT* And even though the armor is d/l I can't access it!

I have also received the message on my private terminal. Went to my personal quarters and the Collectors armor was there. Went to the Armory and the weapon was NOT there. WTF!?!?

Breathe, are you by chance running as a class that does not have the Assault Rifle class as a specialization? Cuz if you don't, and you are running with a person in your group that does have the ability to use the Assault Rifle, chances are that character has it loaded on them. Check it out and see.

If your class does not have the assault rifle specialization then it will not show up for you. Squad mates can use it but you cannot. If your armor isnt showing up either then delete the dlc and redownload it.

I still don't even get the message on the terminal. Yet it said that the code was put in correctly. Anyone know if you have to be connected to xbox live while getting the message on your terminal?
