I read on the wiki that there is one of Sera's caches on the wooden walkway in the Sarhnia Quarry. Well, which walkway, I can't find it! If anyone can give me a more exact location, or even a picture, it would be much appreciated.
*Edit I also can't find the giant's cave in the Emerald Graves.

Can't help with Sera's caches, I never bother with her. You might want to try the DA wiki or a game walkthrough site. Caves are generally located at edge of the map / cliff sides. Not certain about this giant's cave unless you're referring to the one that contained a Thedas bottle. Here's the guide
