Pre-ordered ME2 for my PC at Gamestop, brought home the game and installed it and also downloaded my key (from the back of the PC pre-order card).

When i access My Account the Terminus Gear shows redeemed BUT ONLY THE XBOX version.

How do I get my PC version Terminus Gear?

Is it just a BAD key incorrectly placed on a PC card?

How do I go about getting a CORRECT KEY for the PC version of the game?

Hey,



Promotional codes should be platform agnostic. That is, when you redeem your code it should grant you the entitlement on both platforms. You should be able to confirm this by going to "My Games | My Registered Game Promotions" when logged in to the BioWare Social Network.

When I picked up my preorder for the PC version the one employee started to hand me a card but then they other one stopped him and said "No, this one is for the PC version, remember we have to keep them separate this time." It sounds like you might have got a 360 card. Mine says "PC DVD ROM" on the back near the gamestop logo. You might call your GS and see about that.
