I always forget my stamina amulet..thnx for reminding me! Not that anything is left alive after my combo usually. Havent tried hard difficulty yet, especially with pugging, and the general consensus being that threatening is more efficient for gold. I like a challenge, but I want to wait till I have better gear for perilous.
I am normally hacking away at enemies anyway, so my stamina usually regens enough fairly fast. I use shield bash and the guard ability as my other powers, not sure if they are the best choice but works for me.
Templar without Stamina Amulet: Wrath, Purge, then... what?

I just auto attack/Shield Wall after the combo. I have a purple and a blue crit ring so I never take Blessed Blades. Flow of Battle charges ALL my skills really quickly rather than wasting a skill slot on Blessed Blades and I'm not interested on doing bonus damage on the minority of adds when there's Horn of Valor. Probably should mention I have a blue stamina amulet so that might be why I can shield wall a little safely afterwards. Before I had it I would auto attack once and dodge roll out, but... meh.

Auto-attack. You build stamina, do damage and potentially (probably) make your cowombo recharge faster.
