I've got some kind of bug or something with Keeping the Darkspawn Down. I've sealed 3/4 Tunnels, but I can't seal the last one. I'm in the cave to the right of Morrin's Outlook. I've watched videos of where to go in here and where the Energize should be, but it won't work.

One of the "caves" is actually outside, with the activation point set in the middle of a hillside with no visible cave nearby. If you put the blue marker over the quest marker on your map and walk to the spot, you should see the activation point right there. I think I used about 6 health poultices leaping off cliffs in hopes of finding a non-existent cave on that one.
