I think it would be a cool idea to have a leaderboard for the weekend community challenges, so you could see how much you contributed, and compete with other players over it!

 

I want to contribute to the community challenges, but currently I can't see how much I've helped. And even if I could, when you need > 100,000 whatever, whatever I contribute is going to be a really low amount! Whilst if you could compare what you had added to other people in a leaderboard, it would really encourage people to play more. You'd actually have a chance of getting a place every weekend, instead of having to play for weeks (at least) to get anywhere on the main leaderboard!

Leaderboards are only good for people who care about leaderboards. And those people do nothing but play the game all day every day so no need to appease them, they are already hooked.

I'd care about about this (obviously, since I started a topic for it! )!  I don't play all day, every day, just when I have a free weekend with nothing planned. Would be a fun little challenge every weekend, instead of all the longer term goals like prestige/real leaderboards.
