Merchants and shops get new stock an new items in over time or after ive done certain things right? One of the perks says shops will notify me when they have sales on new stock. Ive probably just spent a lot of time doing so many other things except getting thru main missions cuz at first i thought "WHat if i had a certain amount of power or influence before going to Val Royeaux the First time? Would things Change? Apparently not.

 

My rogue play thru (cant wait cuz playing as Cole and his new abilities plus the Mortal Kombat esque assassin hat and sweet duel blades and armor design) will e more precise and ill know what get me the most the quickest and ill roleplay instead of being a competionist.

Me either. Don't waste perks on that ****. It's better to have just the 'short list' perk.

Im gonna kill something that's not living to avoid criminal charges cuz this game seems to e lacking in so much i kee hoping for. Its only foucs for progressing seems to be combat and not once do you make any tough strategic decisions in the wr room r in converstions. Witcher games have you tale a tale while still intereacting with a man plot and eventually deding a major outcomes or seeing major outcomes but when al is done you've made it your own adventure that require multiple playtrhoughs or ave spots to do it the lazy way

I've heard you have to speak to Josephine to get the sale alerts, but I've never taken that perk so I don't know if that's actually the case.
