Okay so we all know Genlocks were or are darkspawn dwarves, now, some of them are mages, does that show us the hint there were dwarven mages, or its becouse they don't have any 100% dwarf blood, and they are from a corrupted dwarven broodmother. What is your opinnion?

Most likely its because of the blight and the fact that they aren't actually dwarves. They don't share the dwarven resistance to magic and lyrium.

While drawing upon females of other races to "breed" the Darkspawn are their own species. Theoretically speaking someone who is half-dwarf and half-human could still be born with magical aptitude, but since such unions are rare this not a theory any scholar on Thedas can look into. So in the end it should be no surprise that Genlocks can become mages, but the exact reason is unclear.

In Dragon Age (the franchise) magic is connected to the world of dreams, and dwarves don't dream - at least not in a way that throws them into the Fade. Darkspawn have no such limitation, possibly because the Taint is a corruption that first emanated from the Fade and because of which they are always connected to it.

I'm sure Wynne could explain it better than I... damn I miss her :(

Genlocks were born from Broodmothers that were once dwarves. Hurlocks from human Broodmothers, Ogres from qunari and Shrieks from elven.

It is also said that those that use magic are slightly more intelligent darkspawn

Not exactly sure, but may be for the same reason the ogres become much larger than the typical Kossith - genetic alteration of the lady dwarves. 'It's because of the taint' is also a safe assumption whenever it involves the darkspawn and the grey wardens.

They use the taint as resource for their magic, they do not have any connection with the fade.
