Cerberus activation issue- opposite of the other one (EA account different from this one)

So I registered the code with the EA account that it forced me to sign in with and now I'm basically screwed because it won't accept it again here. The accounts have two different email addresses due to the EA account one being registered much more recently. Is there a fix as yet for this or did I just waste $15 of packaging? (Came with the game, but since other people have to buy it, it still applies.)

hmm. I Redeemed my cerberus code on the website here and now it won't let me use it to active the in game set up. Very annoying.

Yeah did the same thing this is probably the worst idea in a while. Now i dont want to try to get my pre order armor either.

As your account here is also an EA account, you will need to get EA support to transfer to the content to the account you want to keep, and then login into the game with that account.

Same problem. Redeemed code on Bioware website, downloaded and installed the Zaeed, armor, and rifle exe's but the game is not picking them up. I try to re-enter code off the Main Menu but it says the code is already in use. Seriously what the heck is going on?

same frewaking thing to me i entered codes on here and it doesnt work on my game and it says my account itsnt associated with my gamertag but its the same email and password

I am having the same issue I folowed the instructions on the in package card and it now will not let me register the code ingame. WTF Very annoying!

Pretty sad that something like this is going to affect the release of a game. Things like this cause people to loose faith in a series/company and makes further purchase of their titles a question mark rather then a sure thing. Hopefully they gt this fixed soon.

I've tried twice to contact ea via their Live Chat but both times the chat was canceled on me as my number came up in the queue after a half hour each.
So I've submitted an email through ea's support site and I'm hoping that will work.
Also there is a post in the ea forums related to this that asks for some information. I'm not comfortable leaving my birthday out for all to see with my associated email accounts so I guess I'll just have to wait for the reply to my email.

Ugh I did this too, except I forgot I had a bioware-social site name already so I registered the Cerberus network to that name, but all my DA:O and other Collector's Editon stuff for ME2 on this one. No way to remedy?

Same here its telling me i dont have cerberus but i put in the redeem code to get it
