My character's voice changes. I chose #1 male voice, but when I first talk with Solas about his dreaming in the remote ruins or something in the Haven, my voice becomes male #2 voice during the cut scene. Annoying.

Many(or all?) passive skills in Mage's lightning skill tree, including Stormbringer, don't seem to be working at all. Or am I missing something?
 
3.
Sometimes, enemies drop the crucial event items onto somewhere I can't even reach, hence I get stuck forever.

** I encountered this bug when I try to collect some items (which I don't remember exactly) to open a door to face a bad guy from Tevinter, after time-travelling to the future with Dorian.

Number 1 is weird, I thought that only used to occur when you meet Varrics 'friend'? What platform are you using?
