OH.MY.GOD. Siouxsie is all my youth!!! (I really feel like an old lady when I say things like that ^^) When I was 15, I fell in love with all those goth bands... and today, I'm still in love with Bauhaus (for me Peter Murphy was the perfect man ^^)

Oohhh Bauhaus!  <3 I'm still in love with goth music, but I listened to it so much during my late teens and early 20s that I think my ears are still full of it  :D

Aaand let's not forget gothic rock!

Sorry everyone for the journey into the obscure

It is not that dark right :P ? It's a kind of beauty (some may not like this music, but I really think all those bands were poets .. in their own way ^^ ) I could have post links for Sisters of Mercy, Alien Sex Fiend, or Virgin Prunes or Fields of Nephilim, Christian Death, Joy Division, Lord of the New Curch....

And there is Kate Bush and her album "Hounds of Love". When I read fanfic, or want to draw something, or even without any reason, I can't stop listening to this album, especially side two: the ninth wave.

I love Kate Bush and I love love love that song!! Whenever I need to feel extra creative and bound-free, I listen to her.

You're right, there's a unique kind of poetry in dark music artists; even if it not some people's cup of tea, I think it can be interesting if you want to be inspired to explore the darker, nightmarish side of the world.

So let's have a black celebration! :P

Oh, we're doing Depeche Mode and Kate Bush right now?

Have Mike Oldfield - Shadow on the Wall to complement the theme :D

Basically this is the movie that put me in science & engineering. Guess that it's the most influential movie I've ever seen in my life. Still one of my biggest favourite one until today, probably will stay so until the end.

And these two never fail to give that thrill every single time the first few note starts to play...

I came back from holidays to my grandma's house (just before going to my mum's house ... I love summer for that :P) and since I had no internet there I missed you all (for real real :)). I have a new obsession and it's Gaidhlig (scot gaelic) .. so here it is:

We missed you too, Mor! Hope to have you and your amazing drawings around soon!  :kissing:

Those songs are amazing, Gaelic languages are the most beautiful sounding IMO
