All the evidence suggests that Briala isn't into dudes (and is into humans.) I also don't think they're going to add any more romances to DAI, since there are eight already. That said, I certainly support a female elf romanceable by male elves for DA4. After three Dragon Age games without one, it's probably overdue.
(Although not as overdue as the dwarf romance I've been waiting for since 2000, of course ...)
