That it's kind of ridiculous for people to be so damn prudish, especially when they bring religion into it.  The fact that violence is somehow more acceptable just makes it worse.

There is nothing wrong with the naked body either , its not like Bioware went over the top with body portions either.

 

people who complain seem to have issues , the game is rated for 18 yrs and plus . if people feel uncomfortable with boobs at that age its worrying.

 

Also historically Celtic religions used alot of naked bodies in sculptures which enspired some of the lore ^^

I think he's upset because it doesn't quite fit the qunari type design. If you consider how little there is in the way of cultural qunari stuff there is in DAI, there is nill.

I'm neither religious nor conservative, not that it matters. And it's not about naked bodies in general, I have no problem with the sex scenes and whatnot. It's the literal objectification of the female form that I dislike. When I started this thread I knew there would be plenty of people who think that's fantastic and possibly gamergate style responses. Thanks to all those people for proving my point about why the casual objectification of women is a problem.

 

On it being Andraste, that works for the Archon staff but not the Sten grip. Qunari don't follow Andraste so there isn't any good lore based justification there.

Movies have naked women it it : thats ok

Literature has descriptions of naked women in it : thats ok

Video Games have naked women in them : GET THE PITCH FORKS , they are objectifying womyn . These gamers can interact and control these poor women taking away their agency! it must be stopped!

 

Grow the **** up , its a rated 18 game. And even then we as a species have been enjoying the naked body for most of recorded history .  The women in DA are not overly sex hyped . Most of the main female characters have more than just 'Good looking bodies' they have other traits which are more prominent.

 

I swear some people will only be happy when all female characters in games will be wearing religious type fitting clothing like nun's and other religions.....
