So here's the issue: I LOVE these pauldrons (arms attachments) but it seems the only way to get them is to take them off the unique armor they came from and attach them to your own crafted armor (or just wear the armor it comes with- but I prefer to craft my own).

I'm playing has a knight enchanter and like stacking the critical chance/damage stats.

So I crafted the prowler armor with Snofleur skin and having been using that. The unique armor that dropped from the EDL dragon was for a battlemage. Obviously I can't attach those pauldrons to rogue armor. The unique prowler armor that dropped from the EDL dragons did not have these pauldrons.

So do schematics for these for both classes exist anywhere?! It's making me nuts. I feel like it's the only unique look in the whole game and I can't wear it!

As a side note: I already have schematics for battlemage arms and prowler arms. They do not look like those pauldrons.

They look like this: http://www.behindgam...n-male-mage.png

I found these particular pauldrons on the Highland Ravenger in Emprise du lion. It was a Masterwork battle mage armor and since I didn't like the way it looked I took the arms off and put it on my current armor. I have yet to find the Schematic for them which sucks because I would like to craft it with certain cloth/leather that would benefit my Mage.

Thank you for the help. I do have the pauldrons for the battle Mage. My issue is I can't take apply them to the prowler armor my Mage wears.

If you would like to apply them to your own crafted mage armor then all you have to do is find a place to modify armor, remove the arm upgrades and reattach them to your own crafted armor. You can't change the stats on them but at least you'd get to wear them.

Light arms can't go opn medium armor, you'll have to find medium arms that you like, or find a cheat or mod that lets you change those to medium arms.

Yeah, I haven't found a way to attach them on the Prowler outfit model.

Sorry - I totally misread your post. It would be nice to be able to craft them to the specs/colors you want but right now I'd be happy just to wear them.

I know. That's why I was hoping there were some schematics for them somewhere :( .

That's the tier 3 "Coat" variant arms. It comes in Battlemage/Prowler/Battlemaster flavors, where only the material of the sleeves is different to reflect the class.

There are schematics, but they are RNG drops from treasure chests in specific locations. You can farm chests in Valeska's Watch in Emprise due Lion or in Sulevin's Cradle.

Thank you! I didn't want to try and farm for something that didn't exist. This RNG is killing me. This is my third pretty much full playthrough and I've never seen schemafics for them. I have prowler arms schematics but I'm guessing they aren't tier 3 (I did get them pretty early.). I think I left the Valeskas watch chests full as well as sulevins cradle so maybe I'll give it a go.

Wish I had more patience for farming :( .

Yeah I realize this now. I didn't realize there were variants to the arms themselves. Prowler coat arms vs prowler mail arms etc.

I want prowler coat arms. I don't know why they are so damn hard to find. Three full playthroughs and still can't get them? I feel like this is some kind of cruel joke Bioware is playing on me.

The chests are so littered with a million types of staff blades/hilts/pommels/ etc. I think I'm just going to give up. Farming is ruining my gameplay. Not having the armor I want is ruining my game play.

I need to finish and be done with it.

i just don't like the graphic of these armors

Coat=leather...ok

Mail=...mail (sometimes ok)

But Armor=plate,metal...instead we have another leather armor. But the arms are made of metal. It's just to bad to see this

I'm with you on that. At first when I started playing DA:I I was like- ok the trench coat. Not too bad.

Then I was forced to wear it for 80 hours and I was pretty sick of it. After 3 PTS I would like the option for the Inquisitor to burn it at the camp fire.

I do really like the Battlemage/Prowler Coat. But you don't get it til late in the game and it looks best (to me) with the prowler coat arms that apparently are impossible to find.

So my (Mage) options are: Snofleur skin superior prowler coat with prowler mail arms (stupid and ugly)
Or: Sturdy Battlemage coat with battlemage arms. The sturdy battlemage coats has not one, but two defense slots and only one utility(?) slot.

What. The. F*ck. I don't need that much defense. I'm playing on nightmare and don't need that much defense.

I've farmed Sulevin's cradle so many times it's ridiculous. Wiped out all the vendors. I've never been so frustrated with a dragon age game ever. I think after this I'm just going to play da2 again just so I can see some decent armor again.
