Is it possible to be sued because of Character Creator?

What if i - let's say - will try to recreate some person that is an intellectual property. For example, can HBO or/and George Martin sue me for using Daenerys Targaryen's look without their approval?
If so, is there anything that i can use as a counter argument for people that will even cosider suing me for this?

No, the only way they would sue you is if you were somehow making money off of it or something (and I'm talking significant money, not like convention fanart sales level). It's like people drawing fanart and posting it to deviantart (only even less consequential than that).

I guess people suing each other only when they know for sure that there is big money involved. No, the only way they would sue you is if you were somehow making money off of it or something (and I'm talking significant money, not like convention fanart sales level). I want to make a let's play series of videos on youtube with a certain look-a-like character as a PC. I know how paranoid rightholders are and just want to make sure im save from their attacks.

Youtube is so nazi about IPs anyway, any Let's Play you do can fall afoul of it.

Should be totally fine, there are tons of DA:I lets plays on youtube
the worst that would happen is that youtube would take down your video.

Who's to say the character doesn't just happen to look like that intellectual property without you even trying? That's like suing someone irl that just happens to look like Daenerys. Everybody looks like someone...

I went to Disneyworld on Halloween dressed as Snow White (some little girls actually thought I was her
) and Disney didn't sue me.
