Is anyone else having a bug with Demands of the Qun (Inquisition) where Bull's contact is just entirely missing. They all pause like he should be speaking but there's nothing there just empty space and silence.

yep its rather amusing if not annoying as hell. Sometimes it plays out as it should, and sometimes IB talks to himself all poetic like. Cant help you with how to fix it though sorry.

I had this bug once. Is it towards the end of the mission, when you're supposed to light the signal? Because that's where it was for me. And I noticed that for me it happened if Bull's contact got knocked down during the preceding fight. So you might try to save and see if it works if you make sure he does not fall.
