For some reason I am no longer able to complete the focus bar beyond T1 for the inquisitor and my mage (Dorian).
The 2 warriors in my group do accumlate focus until T3 but me and the mage don't.
This happened at some stage, I have old saves were all 4 party members had full focus.
Any advice on this?

Use equipment on the problem toons that increases focus gain.
Belt of focus is bugged and does nothing. I'm not sure if the rest are as well.

Have you tried the normal reloading/re zoning tactics? The issue with Focus gain is a known one. The +focus gear has nothing to do with it.
Yes but this is persistent for a couple of days already.
But unfortunately it doesnt change and I cant pin down the event that did trigger it.
Edit: Just browsed the EA forum and indeed this looks like an known bug. But for most people it seems to work with reload. Too bad it doesnt for me :/.

Oh no. I came looking here because I have exactly this. Can't build up focus on my mage inquisitor.
Will try loading.
(Also, Varric has barrier forever. Sounds like it should be great. But I don't want it.)
