The one DLC mission I did in Mass Effect was Bringing Down the Sky and that was by mistake. I at first didn't plan on doing DLC stuff due to just wanting to finish ME/ME2 as fast as possible just so I can do my Blind playthrough of ME3.
But I feel like I am at a change of heart, I kinda don't mind doing the DLC missions. I know I missed one DLC in ME but was that really a story DLC? if it is then kinda a shame too....I might not even play DLC is I know I missed one story DLC.
Should I buy the DLC now and do it before the last mission cause I remember ME you were kinda stuck on your last save when you fought Saren.
Did I do all the story DLC in Mass Effect?

The missing DLC for ME1 is Pinnacle Station and it was terrible.
ME2 lets you continue playing after you complete the final mission.
There are two companion DLCs (Kasumi and Zaeed which is free) that should be done before it.
There are three story DLCs (Overlord, Shadow Broker, and Arrival) that work just fine after the final mission.

You can do both Kasumi's and Zaeed's mission after the Suicide Mission. The Kasumi DLC (Stolen Memory) is not free. I think its $10, but worth it. Shadow Broker and Arrival have a fairly substantial presence in ME3, Overlord less so.
Also, to the OP, it is a good thing you did Bring Down the Sky. That WILL come back in ME3.

Well that's good to know lol I sorta did that by accident
so for the Pinnacle Station does that not make any come back during the two games? no one talks about "Hey good job on the Pinnacle Station Shepard ;D"

It shows up regardless of whether you play it or not in the form of a war asset on a planet you scan. You wouldn't even know it was referring to the DLC, however, unless you knew from somewhere the that description is referring to Pinnacle Station. Its definitely NOT a must-have.

PInnacle Station was meant to have a bigger role(Well, it's something, so bigger, duh
) in ME2 if you completed the DLC in ME1, but it was cut.
-PS: It was just Galactic News on the Citadel saying that a Salarian will try to beat Shepard's score (you can look it up on Youtube)

Yeah this.
Personally I'd do them all before the final mission except these two:
Shadow Broker - Though you can do it whenever.
Arrival - Makes the most sense when done post-game.

Pinnacle station is not a story DLC but it is a setting DLC. By that I mean it further enriches the Mass effect setting. We see more of the Turian/Human military exchange program at work. A Turian training facility under the command of a human officer, here we see the idea that Turians and humans are resolving the conflicts of the past but there are still old resentments. It is a shame that all this rich setting content gets pretty much washed away in ME2/ME3. There is hardly any friction between humans and Turians post ME1. C-sec become dominated by humans so all the Turians questioning your loyalties as the first human spectre were for not.
They had a real chance to develop this in the series and watch both sides bridge the gap and instead it just goes poof and magically disappears. I hope MENext will not resurrect this as I pretty much think the regardless of anything the fact that Shepard save the galaxy should make Humans view as saviours and not upstarts. If anything could prove that Humanity deserves a place on the council it is the fact that humanity took charge/took the initiative to build the crucible and save the galaxy from the reapers.

Agreed about Pinnacle - it did serve a place as part of the setting.
