I am a compulsive collector in video games. I hunt achievements and trophies for every game I care about. The pulse scan mechanic in Dragon Age is extremely useful for item hunters such as myself. That said, it is painfully damaging to the life of the L3 button on my DualShock 4. Everyone I've spoken to agrees that it would be a tremendous relief to have the option to remap the command to any directional swipe on the otherwise underutilized touchpad.

Anyone else agree? This is me, begging you, Bioware.

Yeah the option to remap this would be awesome. Hearing stories of the L3 button actually breaking is concerning.  I don't want my new controller to break over loot scanning!!
