They are all interesting and can provide some real context to the path you may follow.
That being said, which trainers do you like?
My favourites would have to be
Ser
Kihm
Your trainer
You are my Trainer.
I haven't played a warrior yet, but out of the trainers I've encountered for rogue and mage, the one I'd have to pick between them all as a favorite is Your Trainer.
Your Trainer, definitely.
I am your trainer.
My who?
I am your trainer.
Your trainer.
It's good to be Champion.
Also Ser.
My who?
Ok, what's the in-joke here for "Your Trainer" that I'm missing?
Have only gotten to Skyhold as a rogue so far. I'd have to say, while I like listening to the assassin talk the most, Kihm is the most fun.

The Rift Mage trainer is literally named "Your Trainer". She introduces herself as "I am Your Trainer".
Sera, in her teaching of the Way of the Prankster.
Dat Pie Throw Focus ability is OP as hell.
The rift mage trainer is really addled from being exposed to rifts. So she literally introduces herself by saying "I am Your Trainer". Her character label is "Your Trainer".
Wade in, smash a glass, make a messKihm, because HOW COOL are Tempests, exactly? HOW COOL, EXACTLY?!
Also, My Trainer.
