I was really hoping for a return visit to Orzammar in DA:I.  Exploring the Dwarven city and seeing its people in their own environment was something I really enjoyed in DA:O.  We've been through numerous ruins and seen various deep roads, but it doesn't compare to a thriving underground city.

Here's hoping for a future visit in DLC.

Anyone else feel the same way?

Nope, not at all really.    If anything Kal Sharok sounds like a MUCH more interesting place.

No more silly deep road tunnel system please. I'll go chill in Orz for a bit and do some diplomatic stuff but that's about it.

I'd probably be more interested in seeing the deep roads or old dwarven ruins than Orzammar.  The Primeval Thaig in DA2 makes me incredibly curious about ancient dwarves.

I miss Sandal more than Orzammar, and I'll be a nutter and say I miss the Deep Roads in general.  Would almost love to spend a long (read: VERY LONG) time exploring them, seeing what else there is to see.

Yes! I loved Orzammar and Dwarven culture and I don't know why people don't like the deep roads in DA:O, I thought they were awesome and always explored every inch <3 I thought the deep roads segment in DA2 was way too short and way too linear and the tiny deep roads patches in DA:I like Valamar were just nothing. Not satisfying at all.

I'm not all up on the lore.  What's Kal Sharok?

I'm not all up on the lore.  What's Kal Sharok?

There are two dwarven cities that managed to survive so far despite the Darkspawn taking over the Deeproads.  When things got hairy, Orzammar closed ranks (and doors,) and let the others fend for themselves.  It was much, much later discovered that Kal-Sharok managed to survive, despite some questionable doings and Orzammars refusal to help.  They each have their own king, own set of paragons, and refuse to acknowledge each other in any polite way.

Orzammar, as we know, is in-between Ferelden and Orlais, with a nice big surface door.  Kal-Sharok is located somewhere in Tevinter areas with no real access to the surface.  If DA4 takes place in Tevinter like so many of us are predicting, it's quite possible we'll find our way to Kal-Sharok.

Dwarven politics, complots and culture not just Orzammar, wish that the dwarfs could rebuild more of their ancient empire.

Orzammar specifically not really but the current lack of darkspawn and actual deep roads, yes.

No, the 37 years I spent in that place during a playthrough of DAO was enough. I have that melancholy horn burned into my brain.

Orzammar, a little. But the Deep Roads I don't miss one bit.

I'd love to see Orzammar but considering how many world states you can leave it in I'm not holding my breath.

Nope. Worst section of DA:O. It just went on and on and on...

It's a must for DLC, if you ask me!

I loved the Deep Roads. It was my favorite part of Origins, so yes, if we do go to Kal-Sharok I hope we get a similar experience. Frankly, hopping in and out of dwarven ruins that are just basically big caves is less than ideal for me.

Maybe not Orzammar, but we certainly need more Dwarven lore and places.

Kal Sharok always seemed to be more around the northwestern border of Orlais with South Western border of Tevintar when I looked at the map that tries to give it a location dot on the surface, but since they don't appear to have a surface door it could be anywhere in the region and would still be in the range for DAI DLC.
