I was able to tank a revenant with it and get my health back multiple times throughout the game. I just tried to duplicate it in a solo and it didn't work. New bug? Offhost thing?
I just had rampage heal me while using dragon rage.

Played Reaver over the weekend (XB1) and I am sure it went back n forth between healing and not. Damn, wish I had been recording sessions over the weekend.

Nobody knows what's causing the bug. But it definitely heals "sometimes".
