Sometimes I honestly feel as though I handicap my party/team whenever I use a DW Rogue. Abilities such as Twin Fangs or Shadow Strike have very poor tracking, and it's extremely frustrating to use them in combat. Since a Rogue benefits greatly from flanking attacks, a lot of times I'll be behind an opponent in stealth. Because of that, they'll normally be running towards another AI companion or one of my teammates in MP. I end up having to contend with the lack of hit detection on the aforementioned abilities because the enemy is running away from me, and by the time my move executes they're to far away.

As long as you activate the ability while the opponent is in your attack range, it should be a solid hit. I would also suggest that for the ability "Flank Attack," if we're already behind the enemy it should just execute the stabbing animation; rather than doing the quick strike through them and attacking their front.

For these reasons I don't select Shadow Strike,

choosing instead to lead on Flank Attack and Poisoned Weapons.

I use Twin Fangs for specific (and invariably when they are stationary) boss back-stabs.

I agree that the targeting could be more generous,

though I'm not loosing any sleep over it.

yeah twin fangs will whiff on stationary targets about 10% of the time
