I recently purchased the Kasumi - Stolen Memories dlc from the Origin store, still have the transaction history, but when I check my bioware account it doesn't list that dlc as registered content.
Origis sold me a faulty product and I would like to know of a way to get this fixed.

Try this, contact an EA Support person and explain your problem to them. Hopefully they can resolve.
