I like uninterrupted game play as much as anyone. But now and then life intervenes
In the next Mass Effect and Future games please give us the ability to pause during cutscenes

Hmm...not sure if it will help but i know on the Xbox if you press the 'Xbox' button at the center of the controller you are brought to a menu that pauses the cutscene.
Not sure how to do this on PC or PS though...

...and skip. The last Call of Juarez release had a skip feature that required pressing a button for about three seconds. No accidental skips and no forced cut scenes.
