I just found an interesting anime on crunchyroll called Aldnoah Zero.
The first episode isn't actually an episode but a behind the scenes, making of it and I learned a few interesting facts that caught my attention.
First, it has the same director and animator from Fate Zero, and the two were brainstorming Aldnoah Zero while they were making Fate Zero.
Second, it's not based on any manga, light novel or other work of fiction. It's an original.

The concept is interesting. Humanity has been divided into two groups, those who live on mars and those who live on earth. The two are divided and there is a tentative peace going on. The war from 15 years earlier has passed into memory and hidden away in propaganda, but conflict is zooming ever closer on the horizon as those from mars and those from earth face off against each other.
After watching a few episodes, and I'm not that far into the series yet, I have to say that I'm hooked. I love the fight scenes, I enjoy the characters and I think this is an anime that is worth checking out.
