Why does EA make me jump through a bunch of hoops to redeem my codes on my Xbox version of Mass Effect 2?  I had to sign up for an account, sign up for some DLC on the PC, some on the 360, and reboot my game to get it all to work. 

The whole reason I play on the 360 rather than the PC is so that I don't have to deal with crap like that.

Seriously, I pre-ordered your game.  I paid for it.  Why make me do a song and dance to play it?

This damn cerberus network that was in my game disc is not activating. I was told to activate it online and now I'm trying to play the game and it wants me to insert the code that I just inserted online. So I did so and it's telling me that I already used the CODE. Of course it's already used I just inserted it online. And I can't even combine my online account with my xbox 360 account and I'm not paying 1200 MS points to use something I just got for free. I swear to GOD i will never buy a bioware game again unless this problem is fixed as soon as possible

Through the years I've had no less than 5 EA account crap because they keep changing it. Then we have to sign into a stupid Bioware social crap? Come on, I have Facebook already, I'm not doing no Bioware social! I know Bioware has nothing to do with it, it's all EA's marketing department pushing the crap. Let me play the GD game! I've wasted an hour just trying to redeem!

Why didn't they just make it like every other pre-order redeem code?

Example: Halo 3: ODST redeeming Sgt. Johnson.

Why couldn't they make it so that you could just redeem thru the Marketplace???
