Well, I created a profile here, and signed in with me EA account. Both have the same email address.

My gamertag has been linked with my EA account, that I registered a long time ago to track my Bad Company stats. My question is, where is the link to let me redeem the code? I can't seem to find it.

Yes both My xbox and Bioware use the same email

Way way to complicated, one time only garbage, EA/ Bioware accounts, online/ ingame this and that. Talk about frustrating, one error within your miriad of choices and my goodies go POOF! gone, says I can't use the code again............grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I just get home from a 12hr shift and I want to relax and play and now this distraction. I know I can play it but I like to have all my ducks lined up. Even some stuff about getting another type of armour if you buy Dragon age, which I already own. Can't figure out if I'm still elegible if I bought DAO before or after...lol.

Look under the pull down bar located at the top of website here.  It says games and then Reddeeming codes.  Your path lies there.

hey man. im no bratty kid or nothing, but why the loopholes just to get armor ? i did it all, i signed into the social bioware site, i signed in the ea website, personas said mines is already taken, i wonder why. hmmm. maybe cuz im already using it. and the best you have to say is check with ea ? in retail they call that passing the buck. we need answers cuz even a vet like me is stumped.

Great! Now it says I need to restart my console. I haven't clicked download the terminus weapon + gear yet. Also I do not currently have access to my 360. SO, should I not click download and wait till I can switch on my console?

No problem.  In the void of space one moves quickly with little effort.  If one exerts a paniced amount of energy in great amounts they often end up floating for from their goals.  In order to see the path before, remain calm, moving confidently and slowly and watch how much further you go.  This is the path. 

I am also glad to help.  I hope that my code works aswell but I was already aware that I had an EA account.  it seems the biggest issue others are having is linking their accounts to their New EA accounts to their xboxs.  I cant help much with this.

crap i made an new account that wasnt the same as my xbox live one because it wouldnt let me login to it does that make me a fried chicken

I think you should be able to add a persona, and enter your gamertag from there

I keep getting that too. I just e-mailed EA. Let's see how long that takes to get a response. I guess I could just start playing, but I want all the stuff paid for. This is just so silly - I've spent most of the evening trying to figure out what was going on fromthe forums, got all paranoid that I would enter codes but couldn't get the stuff. This should just be so much easier. Boo hiss fooey.

Glad to see Im not the only one with this problem, but sad to see that after years of great DL content from Xbox360 they would allow such a STUPID method to claim pre-order DL content. Why not just allow us to enter the code into the XBox360 Dashboard as other games to redeem our items.

Now EA.com says my gamertag is already taken so now I gotta wait for EA support to correct their issue. This makes no sense whatsoever. EA.com has a thread that they ask you to post info and they will "help" correctly link your account to your XBL/PSN account. Not sure how long that "help" takes to come tho.

this reminds me when hellgate: london came out EA messed up the codes back then kept saying the code was in use when it wasnt.



give it 24-48 hours i smell a patch coming to fix the issues

Yeah I'm at the acceptance stage of struggle/frustration/acceptance - just gotta wait a while.

For all those that are still in the wings in terms of this issue I'd like you to be reassured of something. While I have yet to find the BlackStorm Weapon I would like to state i'm not exactly thrilled with the Terminus Armor. While Im sure the designer took his time and it does strike its own cord in terms of uniquenss...all together, I used it once or twice and switched back to a defualt. Same with the Dragon Armor from the Dragon Origins Game.



While providing certain functions such as bonus and having a unique look from the game universe the player loses out out one of Mass Effects greatest aspects. That is in Conversations. Neither aromor is capable of removing the helmet for a setting. While I usually find it annoying that games do that by defualt (i.e. Too Human, which sucked for it) I as a player would like the option of occasionally and willfully taking my helmet of. As it stands now, I can't and i feel that sometimes Im loosing out on the emotions of the character which made the first game so gripping.



So, note to developers. Always include an option to remove the helmet. Dont force it on us as other games have (if we want it there, keep it there) but we would like the option to have it off or on at will.

Actually, technically when you redeemed the code you unlocked for both the PC and the 360.  I found that the reason some people werent getting it in game is because you actually have to download the Terminus armor from the Main Screen in Mass Effect (360).  You could play all day but until you actually redeem, restart your xbox and then download it via the downloadable content link on the main screen...it'll be lost in the void.
