Ok, I just want to get this out of my system. Does anyone know wich requisitions are unique in the game? There are those endless mineral survey ones, I know, but I wanted to know wich are the ones that once are done don't show up anymore. I want this information so I know when I can start ignoring the requisition officer.

There are some quest related req, but she is not giving them.
You can ignore her from the get go...or take the requisition and not do it, which will result in her not bothering you and potentially can give you some extra loot to sell.

Thanks. Guess I'll just do them when I need to farm influence.

I remember the good days with the treaties/infinite free influence.
The requisitions were so poorly done in this game though. Absolutely no incentive to do any of them.

If you want the 'unique' ones, I'm reasonably certain it's usually the first two or three requisitions quests of each major region. After that, the game will keep assigning the same requisition quest over and over for that region.
At least this is what I can remember. It's been a while.

The only reason I'm doing them, after having made all the armor and weapons I want, is just in case I get to use them in the DLCs to come (just like you get points for all the mineral surveys from ME2). But I don't do the ones that use minerals I need to make stuff I want.

The Fallow Mire has a couple of unique Requisitions. There's the Artifact Requisition in the Mire - you can only find Fereldan Tomes on the walking corpses - and the Plague Elixir Requisition, which you can only fulfill with samples of Diseased Tissue from the bodies floating in the water.

Do these actually have any impact on the game though other than power and influence?
That's the problem I have with these stupid requisitions. Basically all they do is steal items you could use for crafting OR they are literally just pointless collecting tasks. (Unless I'm wrong on some of them, like the two you mentioned.)

Nope, just like you said. It's handy if you're doing a quickie playthrough and need a bit more power to unlock the next story mission, otherwise, keep your mats for crafting.
